SERVICE AGREEMENT

This agreement dated ______________________ is made between Happy Lawn Pet Waste Removal and _________________________________________whose address is ____________________________________________________________


1.Pet Waste Removal – Happy Lawn hereby agrees to remove pet waste from above address. Removal of the waste will occur on _________________ of each week. Happy Lawn reserves the right to change the assigned day.
2.Billing – An invoice for the next month’s service will be sent 10 days prior to the last service date covered by the previous bill. This invoice will be due in full within 10 days of receipt. If delinquency occurs a late charge of ten dollars ($10.00) will be added to the total of the bill.
3.Multiple Month Contracts – Contracts of 3 months or more will be billed in full on the 15th day of the month for which the service begins. This invoice will be due in full within 10 days of receipt. If a delinquency occurs a late charge of ten percent will be added to the total of the bill.
4.Collection of unpaid bills – If a bill becomes more than 30 days late, Happy Lawn reserves the right to pursue collection. A service fee of $35.00 will be added to a bill that is sent to a collection agency.
5.Dogs – All dogs will be placed away from the service area during the service times. If Happy Lawn is unable to service due to a dog being in the service area, the customer will still be charged the normal rate for the waste removal service.
6.Missed Waste – If Happy Lawn misses a spot please call us no later than 11am the day following your scheduled service. Happy Lawn will return and remove the missed waste if such a call is made.
7.Access to Service Area – It is the customer’s responsibility to assure uninhibited access to the service area. If the area is not accessible during the service day, the customer will be charged the normal fee for that days waste removal.
8.High Grass and Leaves – The customer is responsible for keeping the grass at a reasonable level and to keep the leaves picked up in the service area. Happy Lawn will not return if waste is missed due to overgrown grass or un-raked leaves. If Happy Lawn returns to service and it is determined that high grass or un-raked leaves existed at the time of the initial service call, the account will be charged an additional pick-up at the normal weekly rate.
9.Inclement Weather – If weather conditions prevent Happy Lawn from servicing on the assigned day, Happy lawn will attempt to schedule a make up day. If Happy Lawn is not able to assign a make up day, a 50 % credit for the week’s service will appear on the next bill.
10.Cancellation of Service – It is the customers responsibility to cancel service. If service is no longer wanted notify Happy Lawn five days prior to the last day that service is desired.
